33. A book connected (title, cover, content) to a word "born" in the same year as you
35. A book featuring a murder.
A medical or legal thriller kohtaan.Pisania kirjoitti: Ei kukaan täällä ole sattunut lukemaan Lehanen Suljettua saarta?
Aluksi pohdin, että tämä 15. A book with an unique format/writing structure voisi tuottaa ongelmia, mutta sitten tutkin listoja tällaisista teoksista ja siellä oli vaikka kuinka monta kiinnostavaa.
Mutta tämä 41. A book by an author with the same first and last initials saattanee tuottaa ongelmia minulle…

Eihän tuossa lukijasta sanota mitään, eli ensimmäinen tulkinta on oikein.
"Literary fiction" - tolkuton käsite, eikö kaikki kirjoitettu fiktio ole kirjallista. Onko tämä suomeksi "korkeakirjallisuutta"?

Minun käsittääkseni tämä tarkoittaa ns vakavampaa, arvostetumpaa kirjallisuutta jota kaiketi korkeakirjallisuudeksikin kutsutaan. Vastakohtana esim [joidenkin mielestä] genrekirjallisuus ja kaupallinen mainstream.
Body part: veri. Tämä kohtaan saikin yllättävän helposti kirjan. Tuomas Rimpiläinen on Aamulehden rikostoimittaja, joka on koonnut muutamia mielenkiintoisia rikostarinoita 20- ja 30-luvun Suomesta. Tarinat olivat kiinnostavia ja samalla oppi suomalaisen rikostutkinnan historiasta jotain.

Muistan nähneeni Warelta aiemmin kirjan The woman in cabin 10 ja siksi yritin sovittaa tätä kirjaa kaikkiin muihin kohtiin paitsi tähän. Tarkemmin katsottuna olikin Synkän metsän siimeksessä (In a Dark, Dark Wood ) se ensimmäinen. Nainen hytissä 10 ilmestyy suomeksi tänä vuonna.
Minäkin pohdin tuota ensin 16. A narrative nonfiction kohtaan, mutta sitten kaivoin hyllystäni Russell Edwardsin (ja Jari Louhelaisen) Viiltäjä-Jack: Kuinka paljastimme murhaajan, joka menee kohtaan 16 ihan yhtä hyvin.Eija kirjoitti: Emelie, Ajatuksen lukija Mulla on sama Rimpiläisen kirja suunnitteilla tosin kohtaan 16. A narrative nonfiction, mutta samaan kohtaan kuin sinulla True crime Popsugarissa. Kirja on kait yksi harvoista kotimaisista Narrative nonfictioneista.

- Valitsin tylsästi kohdan - A graphic novel: Steve Thompson (Steven Moffat, Mark Gatiss): Sherlock The Blind Banker

Markkinointi termi Literary fiction mielletään "paremmaksi" kirjallisuudeksi. 4/5
