Paikkana toimii Whiddershins-niminen kuvitteellinen paikkakunta Massashusettsin osavaltiossa ja tarinat sijoittuvat 1800-luvun loppuun. Lovecraftin maailmasta lainataan häpeilemättä kaikki kauhuelementit, ja minä olen ihan pähkinöinä tästä.
