4. A book set in a place or time that you wouldn't want to live - Dmitri Gluhovski: Metro 2035

5. The first book in a series that you have not started - Anne McCaffrey: Lohikäärmeen lento
Kirja on ensimmäinen osa Pernin lohikäärmeritarit trilogiaa. 2½

36. A book from your TBR/wishlist that you don't recognize, recall putting there, or put there on a whim Anthony Powell: Kasvatuksen nimissä

52. A book related to time - Claire North: The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August
Maailmassa on nimellä kalachakra kutsuttuja ihmisiä, jotka elävät saman aikakauden elämää uudestaan ja uudestaan. Toiset heistä muistavat aina edelliset elämät. Eri elämät lähtevät jokainen samasta pisteestä ja osittain jatkuvat samanlaisena, mutta eri valinnoilla vaihtavat suuntaa. Muistaminen mahdollistaa tiedon välittämisen menneisyyteen ja tulevaisuuteen, jolla on suuri vaikutus maailman kehitykseen.
Pidin kokonaisuudesta paljon. Tarina kehittyi ja parani loppua kohti mentäessä, joten kiinnostus säilyi ihan loppuun asti. Ja kyllä tästä saa myös ajattelemisen aihetta. 4+

47. A classic book you've always meant to read Victor Hugo: Kurjat
Mieli kyllä teki kirjaan tarttua vuosikaudet, mutten rohjennut. Vihdoin saan pyyhkiä sen pois ikuisuuslistaltani.

47. A classic book you've always meant to read - Roger Zelazny: Lord of Light

29. An underrated book, a hidden gem or a lesser known book: Ngozi Ukazu: Check please! Book 2: Sticks&Scones

4. A book set in a place or time that you wouldn't want to live Yoko Ogawa: The memory police
Tapahtumat sijoittuvat dystooppiseen yheteiskuntaan nimettömälle Japanin saarelle.
